Well…. I still don’t think I am old enough to have a son that is in college.
Took the oldest boy to collage last Thursday. Today is his first day of classes. I hope he got up on time.
We took him to the Campus on Wednesday for a job interview. And then back on Thursday to get him all moved in.
we set up his computer, fridge, closet. Mom made his bed for him and little brother played with all the empty boxes. Man those dorm rooms are small. Hi bedroom at home is easily twice as big.
We went back on Saturday evening to bring him his new bicycle that his grand parents so graciously bought for him. took him shopping (he got a little frustrated when mom told him he had to pay for his stuff with his own money
We then had to go to the UW police station to register his new bike. The GPS took us on a crazy route so mom and kiddo got to take a nice walk across part of the UW campus.
The Boy is a little nervous and stressed I think. but after a couple of weeks I am sure he will get use to it. I hope I get use to it. I try to text him every morning and every night, so far he hasn’t written back.
Well I am sure you will see more posts about the university of Wyoming in the coming four years. and probably after that as well because of the little kid will probably go there as well. Anyway if you have any stories to share please let us know!
