How to Remote shutdown an computer

Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, and click Command Prompt.
Type shutdown /i to display the Remote Shutdown dialog box (Shutdown.exe).
This brings up the shut down dialog box
In the computers section add the computer name of the computer you wish to shut down, or the IP address
Select from the dropdown if you wanna shutdown or restart
Select weather or not you want to warn a user that may be logged into that computer
Enter how long you wish the warning to be displayed in seconds
Fill out the information for the shutdown event tracker
Then click ok.
Your remote computer will shut down!
