  6.  15 leg throughs

Stretch  and Repeat X1

  1.  20 Overhead Presses
  2. 10 front presses
  3. Rear Flybacks ( kind of a rear side press)
  4. 10 Front Curls
  5. 10 Rear Overhead Dips
