Another good weekend at K place, Friday went pretty fast at work then it was home to play.
It was my Brother-In-Laws (B-I-L or Bobby as i call him) birthday, so we had him and his family over for some cards and and snacks. Mer made Buffalo Chicken egg rolls with cabbage and Blue Cheese in them. then we cooked them in the New Wave oven, dude they were fantastic! we also had Pastrami and Munster cucumber sandwiches. also a hit.
Mer, Mel and the kids played aggravation till we got doing what ever it is we were doing. Joe came over and Noah went to a christian metal concert at the Calvary Chapel church. I think he had a great time. After picking him up, we sat down and played Cribbage and Mer made Joe a Sandwich. I think a good time was had by all!
Sat we got up and did some running around, went to Harbor Freight to look at saw blades, walked out with a new scroll saw. I have always wanted one and Mer thought it would help us on the finer things in our crafting. Hey New power tools I wasn’t gonna argue!! Then we went to Menards and got a few pieces of scrap wood. Texted my dad to tell him happy birthday!! 68 Damn!!
I had fun with the Saw, Stephanie came over her and Mer, made some stuff. I posted a little bit about that here. Then yet again we had more fun.
Bring on the cookin! George and Zach brought over a bunch of stuff and made us stuffed burgers, mushrooms, cheese sticks, mac and cheese, and fries. Mer made Guacamole and I BBQed the the burgers. Man where they tasty and Large I completely recommend doing this. after dinner we played a couple rounds of team cribbage and they Mer went to bed. Zach and I stayed up playing till about 2:30 I think . Anyway Check out the food!!!
