We had this Ahi Tuna steak at the Taps restaurant in Ft. Collins. it was a special meal prepared for my Sister-in-law on her birthday, but holly crap it was good, like 5 star restaurant good.
We made our own, the flavor was OK but the presentation was not as nice as this. I want to try again some time I know I can do better! Until then I will just have to go back to Taps and get some more!
